NET2008 Conference
Venue: Churchill College, Cambridge University, Cambridge. CB3 0DS, UK.
NET is the annual international participative conference for everyone interested in healthcare education. NET started in 1990 and continues to go from strength to strength with the 2007 conference being the best yet. It was attended by 244 delegates from 14 different countries. Around 215 abstracts were received with 139 accepted and presented at the conference.
The NET conference aspires to mirror and model leading edge best practice in learning. It presents the best kind of learning processes that students should be exposed to.
The NET conference philosophy is unique – delegates select theme sessions to attend which are most relevant to their interests and remain with their chsen theme to enjoy the continuity of the debate.
The NET conference:
 - encourages healthcare professionals to debate and reflect on healthcare issues
 - focuses on networking for those with shared interests
 - challenges care delivery strategies and their quality

Austrian Nurses Association (OEGKV) is delighted to invite you to the 13th Research Conference of the Workgroup of European Nurse Researchers (WENR) to be held from September 2nd - 5th, 2008 in Vienna, Austria. The focus of the conference is RESEARCH in CHRONIC ILLNESS MANAGEMENT – education, health promotion, interventions.
The Workgroup of European Nurse Researchers’ mission is to promote and strengthen the value of collaborative nursing research in Europe for the benefit of the people of Europe. In so doing WENR intends to enhance collaboration and solidarity among nurse researchers across Europe.
Organizing this conference in 2008, OEGKV and WENR are providing an opportunity to share knowledge and experience as well as the promoting, meeting and networking of nurses from different countries with a common desire of quality nursing care.
