Diana J. Mason, RN, PhD, FAAN
Mason earned her baccalaureate degree in nursing from West Virginia
University, her master’s in adult health nursing from St. Louis
University, and her doctorate in nursing theory and research from
New York University. She also studied medical care and public health
services at the University of Oslo in Norway.
As a professor at the Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing,
Mason was a member of the School of Nursing Visiting Committee. She
is an author and speaker on policy and politics in nursing and
health care. She serves as a consultant in Community Health nursing
and is co-producer/moderator of "Healthstyles," a weekly radio
program on health, health care, and health policy. Dr. Mason is an
American Academy of Nursing fellow. In 2001, she was inducted into
the West Virginia University Alumni Association’s Academy of
Distinguished Alumni.

WBAI-FM Healthstyles, Fridays, 1:00-2:00 p.m weekly from New
York City. Produced and hosted by registered nurses Diana Mason and
Barbara Glickstein, the program focuses on personal health, health
policy, and health issues locally, Diana Mason nationally and
internationally.
