- Based at the Department of Psychiatry at
and McLean Hospital, CQAIMH develops and tests methods to evaluate the
quality of mental health care. Inventory of mental health quality
measures. Useful to clinicians, care managers, payers, services
researchers, and others involved in the assessment and improvement of
mental health care. Provides a Consumer Guide to Obtaining Quality Mental
Consulting provides materials related to treatment planning, including
books, blank forms, and questionnaires (Kennedy Axis V and Kennedy Nurses
Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation). These materials can be very
useful when developing Master Treatment Plans, Nursing Care Plans, and/or
integrating Nursing Care Plans into Master Treatment Plans. The
questionnaires can help organize plans and track outcome of treatment. The
Kennedy Axis V is being translated into Chinese, Dutch, French, German,
Italian, Slovak and Spanish.
