way to approach their SESW issues is to have a "Youth Business Place" and to
have a range of counselling, support, and education programs.
The "Youth Business Place" has been described to the Moroponuk Officer as a
farmhouse or bush retreat that combines an ongoing work program with
detoxification and counselling programs.

This service could also function as a bail address for homeless youths, a
venue to serve community hours re: a community based order, a detox' service
(as described above), and a place for the young people to re-discover and
integrate their spiritual and cultural heritage.

Cultural and Spiritual Healing. This would be a community decision, and

not appropriate to discuss this further here.
