  • Hendrick Health System, Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOC Nurse) - A wound, ostomy, continence nurse (WOC Nurse), sometimes referred to as an enterostomal therapy (ET) nurse, is a graduate of an educational program accredited by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Society (WOC Nurse). This nurse provides acute and rehabilitative care for people with selective disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitounrinary and integumentary (skin) systems.

  • La Salle University School of Nursing, Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Education Program (WOCNEP)

  • Medical University of South Carolina, College of Nursing - Dept. of Continuing Education, Wound Care Education Program. The course prepares the graduate of the course to provide acute and rehabilitative care for persons with select disorders of the integumentary system such as acute/chronic wounds, pressure necrosis, vascular ulcers, diabetic ulcers, fistulae and those with percutaneous drains or tubes.

  • National Alliance of Wound Care (NAWC) - is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the advancement and promotion of excellence in the delivery of wound care to the consumer through credentialing proficiency of wound care practitioners in the United States of America.   

  • The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center - Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse Education Program (WOCNEP).

  • University of South Australia School of Nursing and Midwifery Wound Management Course Online - This site is designed to provide information pertaining to the Wound Management Education course offered online through the University of South Australia, School of Nursing and Midwifery.

  • University of Washington Wound Management Education Program (UW WMEP) - University of Washington, School of Nursing Continuing Nursing Education

  • webWOC Nursing Education Program - No matter if you live in the New York, Los Angeles, Canada or right in Minneapolis, Minnesota, if you speak English and you’re close to a computer, you’re close to the classroom. The webWOC Nursing Education Program is the first internet-based WOC nursing education program (founded in 2001), and is fully accredited by the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Society.

  • Wound Care, Nurse CEUs - The principal objective of this course is to guide the clinician in decision making, understanding, evaluating and managing lower extremity wounds caused by peripheral vascular disease and pressure. The course will discuss venous and arterial insufficiency ulcers followed by a discussion of ulcers caused by pressure.
